For this reason, the following terms and conditions have been developed to govern the use of this Site and the purchase of products through this Site. By using this Site you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Products and availability
While we endeavour to always get it right, we are actual humans, so from time to time there will almost certainly be some typographical errors on the website, in product descriptions. All photos and images of goods displayed on this website are for illustration purposes only, and the sizes and dimensions of goods may differ in real life. Colours may also vary, depending on the screen the photo is being viewed on, and the lighting on the photo.
Where we provide dimensions and measurements in the descriptions of goods, it is your responsibility to ensure the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your order.
It is your responsibility to read the description of the goods prior to ordering, this includes the use of the size chart.
All of the products on this website have been included in good faith on the basis that the products as described will be available at the time of sale. If because of any circumstance the item is not available Plum Tack reserves the right to cancel the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are sent via Australia Post within 3 business days, but usually the next business day.
Shipping is via Australia Post, a tracking number will be sent to you via email

Plum Tack ships worldwide. Shipping to New Zealand is charged at $20.00 per order AUD the rest of the world is $25.00 AUD per order.
Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All orders will be sent with tracking.
Exchange Policy – What if my new jods don’t fit?
We are happy to exchange if you find you have purchased the size that is not ideal for you. However please contact us first in order to obtain a returns authorisation within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item. Once you have a returns authorisation please send back with a note containing your contact details, the item you would like to exchange for, and the returns number given. No guarantees are made that Plum Tack will have the particular item in an alternate size, if we are unable to provide the required size for you, we will work with you to find an alternate style in the required size. For clothing, items must be in original condition with any tags still attached, in original packaging, unworn and folded neatly, please note that if the items are not clean (this includes cat/dog hair) either a fee of $10.00 per item will apply or we may be unable to process the exchange for you.
For Australian customers we will ship your exchange pair at no shipping cost to you. If you wish to exchange more than once per transaction, shipping will be charged at $8.50
For International customers, the normal shipping cost will be incurred.
If an item you have purchased from Plum Tack is faulty, please let us know. We are committed to providing quality goods. Depending on the fault and the item we will request either that you send the item back to us, or in some cases, we may simply ask that you take a photo to show the fault, this is at Plum Tack's discretion. Please understand that we can not refund or replace until we receive either the item, or the requested information. Refunds are given via the original payment method. Please inspect your order and contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item.
Change of mind returns.
This covers all issues where there is not an actual fault with the item, for instance it does not fit (in which case we will be happy to exchange the item for another size) or you don't like the cut on you, the colour is not quite the shade you were hoping for or any other reason where there is not an actual manufacturing fault with the product. If you purchase an item that you change your mind about, you are welcome to return for a store credit for the full amount of the purchase Or if you would prefer a refund, it will be given via the original payment method less a 15% restocking fee. However, this must be done within fourteen (14) days of receiving your item. Items must be sent within one (1) week of organising your return. Items Must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
Please note that if the items are not clean (this includes cat/dog hair) either a cleaning fee of $10.00 per item will apply or we may be unable to process the store credit or refund for you.
