We know not everyone loves silicone grip, so your ride, your choice. For riders, like me, who enjoy the addition of some grip. The silicone seat provides enough grip to avoid those unscheduled dismounts, while still being able to rise to the trot.

We get it, it happens sometimes. So all you need to do is leave the tags on, contact us within 30 days and we'll happily exchange them for you.

What if my order isn’t quite right?

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. No worries! If your order isn’t what you expected, just let us know, and we’ll happily offer you a size exchange, store credit, or a refund.

  • Size Exchange – We’ll swap it for a better fit (as long as we have the size in stock).
  • Store Credit – You’ll receive a code for the full value of your purchase + an extra 5% bonus to use on your next order.
  • Refund – We’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
