FAQ's

You are always welcome to contact us if you have a query, but here are some of our FAQ's 

What if the size I get is not right for me? 

Not a worry, if you get something that is not the ideal size for you, just contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will arrange a size exchange for you.

What if I am purchasing the item as a gift and won’t know if it will fit in that timeframe?

Just let us know, always happy to work something out for you.

What payment options do you have? 

As a standard on the website we have:

  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • AfterPay
  • ApplePay
  • GooglePay

Direct deposit can be arranged by contacting us. Also happy to process credit card payments over the phone.


What’s the difference between Jodhpurs and Breeches?

It’s in the lower part of the leg. Jodhpurs are designed to be worn with short boot and have a traditional looking leg end. Breeches are designed to be worn with long boots, and to avoid any extra material scrunching up in your boot we use a “Euro-sock” end. This is a panel of extra stretch material so you can get your foot through, but the end of the leg fits firm with no excess material.

I didn’t get a shipping notification

 Shipping notifications are system generated so they can’t get missed. The down side of that is that because the notifications are automatic some email systems send them to your junk folder, so it’s worth checking there. The other thing that sometimes happens is a typo in your email address. If you have any concern’s please don’t hesitate to contact me. I can send you another copy of your tracking information.

What if I decide I don’t like my purchase, can I get a refund or a store credit?

 We get it, sometimes you purchase something and it’s just not right for you. It happens. So if you get something from us that for any reason you don’t love let us know. You are welcome to your choice of size exchange, store credit or refund. If you choose a store credit you will be sent a code that is good for the full price of your original purchase. If you choose a refund, there is a small restocking fee to partially cover our costs, refunds are issued via the original purchase method.

How quickly will you send my order?

Generally within one business day and if you purchase in the morning often it is in the post for that day. We are a small business though, so please allow up to 3 business days for posting, just in case. Anything that is Express post is given priority.

Which company do you use for shipping?

We send all orders through Australia Post, with tracking.

Do you offer express post?

Yes we do, you will see the option for express post as you are checking out.

My parcel is taking longer than usual, where is it?

 Australia Post is usually very good at getting parcels where they need to be quickly – but occasionally things do go awry. Please check your tracking number – you may see that there has been an updated delivery date. Unfortunately when that happens, it is beyond our control. So I suggest purchasing a little earlier and giving yourself a few extra days before an event that you really want to wear your new item at.

What size should I get?

We generally find that for most people, if you go with your normal clothing size you will get a good fit. And if you do have any issues with size, we are always happy to exchange for another size for you.

 Do the riding tights have zips?

 No. All of the tights styles are pull up.
