Hello. I love my new riding jeans and have worn them twice and washed them once but the zipper doesn’t stay up. Will you exchange now as it will cost me $50 to have the zip changed

Best riding pants , EVER!! Comfortable, stylish, durable, room to move with you. Brilliant. Since receiving these I have competed in them (team sorting) , gone trail riding and worn them at my training sessions. They stand up to it all. And still look great ant the end of the riding day. And I have received quite a few compliments along the way. Great design , especially the phone pocket too. They wash and wear well. Going to order the black ones next. (Even made room in the wardrobe….you can’t stop at one….) 😄

I rode in these pants for the first time over the weekend. The day was hotter than expected. I was very comfortable and not hot at all. My phone fitted well in the phone pocket. The pants are flexible and comfortable. Initially I thought I should have ordered size 16. I usually am a size 14. However, the stretch and style made fitting perfect.

These jeans jods are well made and look great. I wasn't sure about the contrasting seam but it actually looks really nice. I like how the black is slightly 'light black' rather than jet black. I bought the longer length because jeans are always a bit short, but I should've got the standard length because these are a good length. The fabric is stretchy but strong, and, even though it is lighter weight than jeans, I am happy with how it somewhat hides my thigh dimples!

The pants are a great fit - perfect amount of stretch and so much more flattering than regular breeches It's hard to find flattering riding pants in your 50's that aren't built for 20 year olds! These are great & a nice price point as well, thank you Plum Tack, can't wait to wear these to my upcoming working equitation day out! Will be getting more colours for sure. The material is not what it was
The finish not what it was
I’m deeply saddened as I have really old winter tights to this day better quality than any I’ve bought each year since. Please go back to your original material and producers. I’m really disappointed in the last lot I got and I purchase for my staff and tell everyone you have my loyalty. But I won’t now going forward. This last lot. Are extremely substandard in finish and quality of material.
Thank you for being so open, and for supporting the brand for so long. That truly means a lot.
You’re right, the very first winter tights we made were a heavier fabric. That material became unavailable and I haven’t been able to source it again since.
I know some of our long-time customers preferred that original weight, and I completely understand why. I’m always working on improving fabrics and options, so feedback like this is really valuable.
I'm going to email you to get more detail, and see what we can work out.

I am always hesitant to buy clothes online but these bootleg pants were an absolute perfect fit! They sit exactly where they should both on & off the horse there’s no digging in or chafing & not just that but they’re very flattering too. I get so many comments. They’re much more comfortable than jeans & a lot more flattering than breeches !

I couldn't have been more unhappy with my new purchase. I hadn't realised the fabric was completely synthetic. They were so hot and sweaty to wear they went straight to the op shop. Not suitable for trail riding at all! I literally wasted $120.00

I’ve worn these twice already, all day, and they are really comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the tags being really quite itchy and annoying plus I’d prefer them to be a higher rise so I don’t need a belt (just my preference)

These riding pants are excellent. The silicone is perfectly grippy, the cut is fabulous and they don’t ride up, I wore them on the most horrific humid day and still felt comfortable the whole time! Not to mention they are super stylish as well. I love these!!! I can’t wait to buy another pair!
