We get it, it happens sometimes. So all you need to do is leave the tags on, contact us within 30 days and we'll happily exchange them for you.

It doesn't happen often. But we understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't quite work out—no worries, it happens! If your order isn’t what you expected, let us know, and we’ll happily offer you a size exchange, store credit, or a refund. Just make sure the tags are still attached and the item is unworn. If you opt for store credit, you'll receive a code for the full value of your original purchase. If you prefer a refund, please note that a small restocking fee applies to help cover our costs. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method

Just let us know when you make the purchase, and we'll make sure your lucky gift recipient has plenty of time to exchange if needed. Or if you would like to leave it up to them you can organise a Plum Tack Gift Card.

We hate to wait, so generally within one business day and if you purchase in the morning often it is in the post for that day. Anything that is Express post is given priority.

I have several pairs and wear them almost everyday. I like the fit and the weight of the material. I like that they look a bit like jeans but have the stretch and feel of jodhpurs. However they are not long enough and the pockets come unstitched ( both styles) I will continue to buy from Plum Tack

At the moment we only have the longer leg option in the bootleg denim style, but we're hoping to be able to offer more styles in the longer and shorter leg options soon. comfy jodhpurs

I love the look of denim and have 2 pairs of the blue denim jodhpurs. They are made of really comfy material, with a silicone seat and big phone pocket. I loved the blue denim so much I bought a pair of black denim jodhpurs!

Good quality make, true to size

They are awesome quality. However downside for me is that unlike with their other styles, I need to wear with a belt as the waist for me is a bit loose (thou the rest fits well). I'm usually a size 12 Australian but upsized on reviewing their fit and glad I did. The legs are for a regular to shorter person, as they are way too short on me and ride above my ankle boots sadly. They are a thicker material so better for the cooler months.

As yet I only have this style in the one leg length, I do have a long leg length in the bootleg style, and I do hope to be able to offer these in the longer leg reasonably soon. If they're not a good fit for you, and they haven't been worn I'm happy to exchange them for you.
