We get it, it happens sometimes. So all you need to do is leave the tags on, contact us within 30 days and we'll happily exchange them for you.

What if my order isn’t quite right?

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. No worries! If your order isn’t what you expected, just let us know, and we’ll happily offer you a size exchange, store credit, or a refund.

  • Size Exchange – We’ll swap it for a better fit (as long as we have the size in stock).
  • Store Credit – You’ll receive a code for the full value of your purchase + an extra 5% bonus to use on your next order.
  • Refund – We’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Just make sure the tags are still attached, and the item is unworn and in original condition. We’re here to help, so reach out if you have any questions!

Just let us know when you make the purchase, and we'll make sure your lucky gift recipient has plenty of time to exchange if needed. Or if you would like to leave it up to them you can organise a Plum Tack Gift Card.

We hate to wait, so generally within one business day and if you purchase in the morning often it is in the post for that day. Anything that is Express post is given priority.

Really happy riding in these, stretches for comfort and eating that extra meal when on rides lol, being short love the breeches and silicone seat keeps me on the saddle.

Love the Denim

I had to go up two sizes from my riding tights, as always had no problems with my exchange.
But they are the best to ride in.
I love the phone pocket, (which are also in the riding tights) which is easy to get your phone while riding.
Would highly recommend, love all my Plum Tack riding wear.

Denim breeches - no silicone

I ordered a pair of these in size 12 and although they fit well over the thighs and hips and the length is good, the waist is far too big and I need to wear a belt with them.
The quality of the material is good and delivery was prompt.
