We get it, it happens sometimes. So all you need to do is leave the tags on, contact us within 30 days and we'll happily exchange them for you.

What if my order isn’t quite right?

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. No worries! If your order isn’t what you expected, just let us know, and we’ll happily offer you a size exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Size Exchange – We’ll swap it for a better fit (as long as we have the size in stock).
Store Credit – You’ll receive a code for the full value of your purchase + an extra 5% bonus to use on your next order.
Refund – We’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Just make sure the tags are still attached, and the item is unworn and in original condition. We’re here to help, so reach out if you have any questions!

Just let us know when you make the purchase, and we'll make sure your lucky gift recipient has plenty of time to exchange if needed. Or if you would like to leave it up to them you can organise a Plum Tack Gift Card.

We hate to wait, so generally within one business day and if you purchase in the morning often it is in the post for that day. Anything that is Express post is given priority.

Very small sizing

I purchased a size larger than my jeans size, but even so, they are way too small. I wearc12 jeans, ordered a 14 but would need an 18 to be able to wear them, so very disappointed

Very thin

I am a little disappointed as these pants are quite thin. They look like normal (less expensive) gym pants.

You’re right that they have that sleek gym pant look, but they’re made from technical fabric specifically developed for riding—designed to handle wear in the saddle, with extra durability and a cut that avoids seams in all the wrong places. That’s something regular gym tights usually won’t stand up to over time.

I know the feel can catch people off guard at first, especially if you've not ridden in riding tights before. But I think you'll find they prove themselves once you’ve spent a bit more time riding in them.

Fantastic

Just received my tights today, and they feel amazing on, true to size just went with my normal pants size and they fit perfectly. Love the waist band so comfortable.
Might have to get a second pair!

Super comfy and flattering

Excited to have my first ever pair of riding tights! New to riding, mostly out on the trail and was concerned I wouldn't be able to find anything that was comfortable in my size, but Plum Tack came through for me. Excellent customer service too, was immensely helpful when I needed to do a size exchange. My new pair arrived just in time for my ride tomorrow and they fit just about perfectly. Already eyeing a pair of jeans!
